Do those publisher controls include a "☑ Disable advertising" feature? (For a fee, of course; I understand you can't run a business on fairy dust and wishes.)

There are a number of types of sites where advertising simply isn't an acceptable option. I see old mentions of "Disqus VIP" , but from my difficulty finding current references to that on this site (which is in need of a site map to offer some help through its flat design, stream-of-items pages), I take it that that paid service was discontinued?

So does it mean, publishers will have to approve those ads firstly? Or just ads will be published automatically to all, and publishers will just get a small part of reward, for showing those ads?
